Occupational Therapist

We are looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in a school-based setting in San Jose, CA. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with students in need of occupational therapy services, helping them achieve their developmental and educational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students with physical, developmental, and learning disabilities.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to enhance students' functional abilities in school settings.
- Provide therapy to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and adaptive behavior.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to create a supportive environment for student development.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary.
- Educate staff and families on strategies to support students' success in the classroom and at home.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Valid California Occupational Therapist license.
- Experience working with children in a school-based setting is preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
