Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Santa Clarita, CA. In this role, you will provide essential speech and language services to students across a K-12 caseload, helping them achieve academic success and improve communication skills. The ideal candidate will work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in K-12 students.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) that align with students' academic and personal goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student progress.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to address speech and language challenges.
  • Track and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, evaluations, and case reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current California State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred. CFY candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience working with K-12 populations is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
