An outpatient cancer center is seeking a hematologist/oncologist for locum tenens coverage.

This outpatient position, with minimal inpatient responsibilities, involves seeing about 15 patients per day. The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with one administrative day per week, and a call schedule of 1:4. The role is supported by 3 MDs, RNs, MAs, and a full support team, using Epic EMR. Board certification in Medical Oncology is required, with a 90-day credentialing process, and willingness to obtain a West Virginia license is needed.
