Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Buena Park, CA. This school-based position involves working with students to assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders. The ideal candidate will work closely with teachers, parents, and other support staff to help students reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to support student learning.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide progress reports for students.
  • Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student progress.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid California SLP license or eligibility.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
