Soliant Health is partnering with a reputable school district in Baltimore, MD, to fill multiple Speech-Language Pathologist positions for the remainder of the school year. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity where you'll have the chance to contribute to the success and development of students in need of speech-language services.

Position Overview:

As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with Soliant Health, you'll work within a dynamic educational setting, collaborating with educators and parents to assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in school-aged children. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting evaluations, providing therapy sessions, and documenting progress to ensure effective communication skills among students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans and goals.
  • Conduct therapy sessions and provide intervention services to students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' needs.
  • Maintain accurate and updated documentation of evaluations, progress reports, and treatment plans.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to student education plans.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Maryland state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is advantageous.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
