Position Overview: As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with us, you will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. You will work closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans and implement therapeutic techniques to improve their communication skills and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine clients' needs and goals.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
  • Provide therapy services in accordance with professional standards and clinical protocols.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Educate clients and caregivers on speech therapy techniques and exercises.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or eligibility to complete Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
  • State licensure or eligibility for state licensure in Ohio.
  • Prior experience in a clinical setting preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
