Your Role & Responsibilities:

As a Junior Imagery Analyst, you will:

  • Perform Real-Time FMV Analysis: Engage in hands-on full-motion video (FMV) analysis to produce intelligence products derived from airborne Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) platforms. Your work will support national security objectives, senior policymakers, and the broader Intelligence Community (IC).
  • Maintain Situational Awareness 24/7: Operate in a shift work environment, providing continuous FMV exploitation while maintaining a clear understanding of mission objectives and intelligence requirements.
  • Utilize Advanced Analytical Tools: Familiarize yourself with Cedalion, other multi-disciplined IC databases, and imagery analysis tools to gather and analyze data, ensuring thorough and accurate reporting.
  • Create Tailored Intelligence Products: Produce both standard and mission-specific FMV imagery analysis products, including motion imagery summary reports and other deliverables that meet the needs of the USMC.
  • Support Target Identification and Research: Conduct target research, identify targets and related activities, and provide amplifying information to enhance the effectiveness of exploitation activities.
  • Generate Structured Observations: Create and provide metadata to support structured observations, contributing to DoD, USMC, and IC initiatives.
  • Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with peers and senior analysts, providing support and real-time exploitation comments to ensure effective decision-making during live FMV missions.
  • Develop Analytical Skills: Engage in multi-INT research, exploitation, organization, prioritization, processing, analysis, and dissemination of intelligence information, adhering to Government priorities, policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Qualifications We’re Looking For:

  • Relevant Experience: 0-3 years of experience in the US Military, Law Enforcement, or Intelligence Community, with a focus on FMV and imagery analysis.
  • Security Clearance: U.S. citizenship with a current Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) / T5 investigation and eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
  • Analytical Aptitude: Ability to utilize, analyze, and extrapolate intelligence information from still and full-motion video, contributing to decision-making processes.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of standard office policies, procedures, and equipment, including proficiency in MS Office, data entry, and collaboration tools.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Strong communication and teamwork skills, essential for effective coordination within the organization.
  • Typing Skills: Ability to type at least 40 words per minute while performing live FMV exploitation.
  • Physical Readiness: Meet minimum physical requirements to perform all duties and responsibilities as defined by management.
Physical Demands:
  • Operational Flexibility: Be prepared to sit, talk, listen, and frequently walk, use hands, and reach with arms as part of daily job functions.
  • Mobility: Occasionally required to stand and lift/move up to 30 pounds. Must complete all medical examinations required for temporary duty or full-time deployment as needed.
