This role plays a vital part in maintaining the reliability, safety, and performance of our plant operations. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience across mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems, with a proven ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain complex industrial equipment.You’ll work in a collaborative, safety-focused environment—supporting both preventive and emergency maintenance needs to keep production running smoothly.What You’ll Do Perform mechanical and electrical repairs on facility and production equipment. Rebuild, service, and maintain pumps, motors, and control systems. Execute and document preventive maintenance tasks and inspections. Troubleshoot issues using schematic drawings, diagrams, and technical manuals. Support new equipment installations, overhauls, and system upgrades. Safely perform lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures and follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines. Respond promptly to maintenance calls and production line breakdowns. Obtain parts and materials from inventory or suppliers to complete work efficiently. Maintain accurate work order records and communicate effectively with maintenance and production teams. Inspect assigned areas routinely to identify and address maintenance needs.What You’ll Bring Education: High School Diploma or GED required.Technical Skills: •Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals. •Strong mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation troubleshooting abilities. •Basic computer proficiency and accurate documentation skills.Experience:o Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.o Technical degree in Industrial Maintenance, Industrial Electronics, or Mechatronics preferred.Interested in hearing more?
