Join us in our mission to provide top-quality cardiac care and make a difference in our community.Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiac Cath/Interventional Radiology team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in performing a variety of procedures including cardiac catheterizations, transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE), electrical cardioversions (ECV), tilt table tests, pacemaker insertions, implantable cardioverter-defibrillators (ICD) placements, and internal loop recorder insertions.Key Responsibilities:•Assist cardiologists and interventional radiologists in cardiac cath lab and IR procedures.•Prepare and maintain all necessary equipment and supplies for procedures.•Monitor and assess patients before, during, and after procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.•Administer medications and intravenous therapies as needed.•Educate patients and their families on procedures, post-care instructions, and follow-up care.•Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.•Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.•Participate in continuous education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in cardiac care.Qualifications:•Current RN license in [Your State].•Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.•Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.•Minimum of [X] years of experience in a cardiac cath lab or interventional radiology setting preferred.•Strong knowledge of cardiac and vascular anatomy and physiology.•Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.•Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
