About The Position
Job Title: Respiratory Therapist

Location: Chinle, AZ 86503

Duration: 3 to 12+ months

Start Date: August 2024

Shift Schedule: 7:00 pm to 7:30 am / 7:00 am to 7:30 pm

Responsibilities:
  • Provide emergency inhalation therapy treatments without prior instructions to critically ill and high-risk patients who require extensive skill, training and experience.
  • operate positive pressure ventilators, pneumatic nebulizers and volume ventilators to administer complex inhalation therapy treatments to patients who are critically ill.
  • provide technical assistance to other personnel in the Respiratory Therapy Department.

Qualification:

License: Valid, current and unrestricted license to practice Respiratory Therapy (NRBC) in any state within the United States, District of Columbia or the Common-Wealth of Puerto Rico. (An Arizona licensure is highly preferred.)

Certification: BLS

Experience : Minimum twelve (12) months of Respiratory Therapy experience, including: ICU, Nursery (Neonatal), Pediatrics, Geriatrics, and Emergency/Trauma.
