Senior Financial Analyst
As a Senior Financial Analyst in the manufacturing industry, you play a crucial role in evaluating historical and current financial information. Your insights help create financial models, forecasts, and strategic investment decisions for various lines of business. You collaborate with various departments to align business goals with financial performance. This role is on-site (5x a week) in Jacksonville, FL. For candidates to be considered must have a minimum of 3+ years of FP&A experience within a large organization. Compensation is based off experience.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial data to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial performance.
  • Conduct profitability analysis for new products, projects, or initiatives.
  • Assist in business plan preparation and investment proposals.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to financial systems and processes.

Experience and Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics. Master’s degree would be a plus.
  • 3-5 years of financial planning & analysis
  • Must have proficiency in financial analysis tools and software (Power BI, Alteryx, SQL, etc.)
  • Advanced MS Excel
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
