Job Overview:
Soliant is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Manor, TX, for the 2024-2025 school year. This full-time position involves providing services to K-12 students with various communication disorders. Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) are highly preferred, as the role will involve working with diverse student populations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations for students K-12
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Provide therapy to students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success plans

Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates will be considered
  • Texas State licensure or ability to obtain licensure prior to the school year
  • Experience in a school setting is a plus
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates are highly preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
