Accounts Receivable & Financial Planning Analyst
Seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Financial Planning & AR Analyst to join our finance team and overseeing collections, reconciling customer’s account, AR DSO decrease strategics, process improvements, internal controls as well as working capital, capex, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical processes. Reporting to the Sr Mger. of Shared Service Center and dotted lie to Regional Director the ideal candidate will contribute to strategic decision-making by providing insightful financial analysis, identifying key trends, and assisting in the development of financial models.
ROLE OVERVIEW
The responsibilities of the role will include but will not be limited to:
Accounts Receivable Analyst: - Supervise, coach, and evaluate the performance of the AR staff, and provide guidance and training - Manage the daily AR operations, including cash application, credit control, and dispute resolution.
- Maintain relationships with Customers related to collections and customer data management. - Monitor and analyze AR aging reports, identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies, and ensure compliance with the company's credit policies.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports related to AR. - Responsible for AR Month End closing and reconciliation reports and journal entries.
- Development of the strategy and detailed action plan to decrease past due % and DSO. - Develop and implement strategies to improve AR processes, master data systems alignment, process improvement and risk control maintaining with SOPs for each process within the AR function.
- Responsible for providing AR budget and 13W Cash pool identifying variances and implementing corrective actions.

Financial Planner Analyst:
AR, Working Capital, Capex Management:
- Working capital management and reporting, KPIs and action items to improve
- Ensure risk Assessment and compliance with regulatory requirements related
- Forecasting and optimize working capital
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Collaborate with various departments to develop the period reporting for Budget and Forecasting as well as rebates calculation.
- Analyze budget vs. actual performance and provide variance analysis Ad-Hoc
- Update financial models to reflect changes in business, Sales, and Rebates
Financial Analysis:
- Commercial Modeling, Design Forecasting and Modeling
- Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and analyses for senior management and Share Service Center
- Develop and maintain financial dashboards for real-time performance monitoring.
Experience and Attributes
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights.
- Communicate financial findings and recommendations to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with external partners, financial institutions, and investors as needed.
- All other activities as required at right time
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in manufacturing
- Preferable proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (Excel, power Query, power BI, RPA, process automation).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across different functional areas.
