Fleet Service Technician Job Details:
  • Schedule: 1st shift full-time hours with OT opportunities 
  • Pay Rate: $17-18/hr paid weekly
     
Fleet Service Technician Job Description: 
  • Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs on engines, hydraulics, brakes, and electrical systems.
  • Diagnose and repair vehicles using schematics, manuals, and instructions.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve processes and uphold safety standards.
  • Monitor and address safety hazards in the shop and during maintenance.
  • Track repair orders and document work using computer systems.
  • Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.

Fleet Service Technician Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED (vocational or trade school in automotive technology preferred).
  • 1+ years of experience in vehicle repair and maintenance, including preventive checks, diagnostics, and troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Equivalent education and experience may be considered.
  • Must be willing to undergo a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
