Remote Occupational Therapist

As part of our dedication to student success, we are seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with students from Kindergarten to 12th grade, providing individualized occupational therapy services and supporting the development of essential skills for academic and personal success.

Job Description:
As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping our students achieve their full potential by addressing barriers to learning and participation through occupational therapy interventions. You will provide services to students, as well as supervision and support to COTAs, while collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team.

Job Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from accredited school
  • Must have active ColoradoOT license
  • Previous experience working in schools or with children preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify students' motor, sensory, and developmental needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to create individualized intervention plans.
  • Design and implement therapeutic activities and interventions to enhance students' functional abilities.
  • Collaborate with school staff to create a supportive and inclusive environment for all students.
  • Monitor and track students' progress, adjusting intervention plans as needed.
  • Educate school staff, parents, and caregivers on strategies to support students' occupational therapy goals.
