The Duke Lifepoint Quality Affiliate is a special designation recognizing hospitals that have succeeded in transforming their culture of safety and achieving high standards of quality care, performance improvement and patient engagement.Physicians with experience in simple vent management and running codes/rapid responses are strongly preferred as the hospital has an open ICU setting. Procedures like intubation and central line placement are preferred but optional.
