Position Overview:
Soliant Education is thrilled to offer an opportunity for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist in Phoenix, AZ. We welcome applications from both Clinical Fellows (CF) and those holding their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and Assess: Identify the speech and language needs of students through comprehensive assessments.
  • Therapy Planning: Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for students.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication goals.
  • Monitor Progress: Track and document student progress, making necessary adjustments to therapy plans.
  • Support and Training: Provide guidance and resources to school staff and families.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current or eligible licensure in Arizona.
  • Open to both CF and CCC applicants.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for improving student communication and learning outcomes.
