Job Details:

Soliant Education is currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a school district in the Independence, Missouri area. This full-time position entails providing healthcare services and support to students, as well as assisting with administrative tasks related to school health.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform typical school nurse duties including administering medication, treating minor injuries, and responding to health emergencies.
  • Maintain accurate health records for students and ensure compliance with state health regulations.
  • Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare professionals to address student health concerns and provide necessary support.
  • Assist with paperwork related to student health records and documentation.
  • Conduct health education sessions and workshops in the school health classroom.

Requirements:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri.
  • More than one year of RN experience, preferably in a school or pediatric setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $40 - $45 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
