Interim PIC

Soliant has been engaged by a hospital in Ocala, FL (34470), to find an interim Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) for a Long-Term Acute Care facility. This is a critical role for a 31-bed hospital currently without a Director of Pharmacy. We are seeking a Florida-licensed pharmacist with an active FL consultant license to take on the PIC position.

Position Details:

• Position: Interim Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC)
• Location: Ocala, FL (34470)
• Facility: Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (31 beds)
• Type: Interim
• Duration: Approximately 8 - 13 weeks
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, day shifts

Requirements:

• Active Florida pharmacist license
• Active Florida consultant pharmacist license (required to hold PIC in the state of FL)
• Inpatient pharmacy experience
• Willingness to hold the PIC position and take on a working manager role (staffing as needed)
