Calling on Clinical Fellows and ASHA-Certified Speech-Language Pathologists who enjoy working with Early Childhood populations Soliant has partnered with a school in the area of Harrington, DE and is seeking a traveler for the upcoming school year.

How does one qualify as a traveler?

  • Will you be arranging temporary housing during the school year?
  • Will you be commuting 75+ miles to work?

If so, you qualify for housing and/or meals and incidentals stipends

Applicants will be based in one location, and work with children enrolled in the Early Childhood program. Responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating children referred for possible speech delays
  • Completing reports based on available data on student's eligibility for speech services
  • Making recommendations for appropriate goals and a therapy schedule that supports the child's needs
  • If needed, serving as part of a multi-disciplinary team in developing an IFSP (Individualized Family Service Plan) for children with exceptional needs
  • Documenting student progress, and presenting this information to periodic meetings with staff and family.

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good organization, time management, and the ability to prioritize in a manner consistent with department guidelines
  • Flexibility and the ability to foster a collegial work environment

Requirements:

  • SLP license from the DelawareBoard of Speech-Language Pathology
