*This position is contingent on contract award. Multiple locations.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Serves as the local hardware, software and functional expert for one of the following:
  • FIRESIM/ExCIS, BSWS, JDLM, MUSE SENGEN, or WARSIM.
  • Answers questions concerning operation of the system, troubleshoots problems and provides configuration management on software/hardware systems.
  • Provides formal classroom instruction to BSWS operators prior to constructive exercises. 
  • Maintains setup, testing and troubleshooting guides for SME system.
  • Troubleshoots computer hardware, software, and basic networking configurations

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Minimum 5 years’ computer experience in information systems design and management.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in analysis and design of business applications for complex Large-scale or mid-tier computer systems, or LAN-based systems.

 

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: 

BA/BS degree; 3 years’ experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree

 

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: 

Must be able to obtain and maintain a current Active Security clearance and meet other eligibility requirements for access to classified information
