Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with state standards and promote mathematical understanding and problem-solving skills.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel valued, respected, and motivated to learn.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement interdisciplinary projects and activities.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and administrators to address concerns and celebrate achievements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Valid Georgia teaching certificate with endorsements in Mathematics (or eligibility to obtain certification).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment.
