Credential Requirements: IN Medical License , Board Eligible, BLS, PALS, NIH Stroke Scale

Scheduling & Logistics

PT/FT: Part Time, Full Time

Order Type: Locum Tenens

Shift: Days and Nights (Single MD coverage with 3 APP daily)

Days Per Week: 2

Hours per Week: 40

Housing Notes: Hotel, Flight, Car Rental, Mileage

Transportation Notes: Yes
