Outpatient Pharmacist Position in Amsterdam, NY

Soliant has partnered with a hospital in Amsterdam, NY, to find an experienced outpatient pharmacist. This position is open to travelers, must live within 100 miles of site.
Position: Outpatient Pharmacist
Setting: Hospital
Location: Amsterdam, NY
Start-date: ASAP
Duration: 13 weeks +
Schedule: Variable days/afternoons

Duties:

  • Verify, fill, and check prescriptions
  • Oversee pharmacy technicians
  • Consult with patients on medication management
  • Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards

Requirements:

  • Valid Pharmacist license in the state of New York
  • Prior experience in outpatient or retail pharmacy settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
