Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in the greater Columbus area. This is a full-time contracted position within a vibrant school setting. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping students develop the skills they need for daily living and academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address students' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to create supportive and effective learning environments.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups.
  • Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and contribute to goal setting and progress reporting.
  • Educate and train school staff and parents on strategies to support students' occupational therapy needs.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Ohio.
  • Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
