Soliant has been engaged to find a strategic leader with a developer mindset for a Direct Hire - Permanent Position as a Pharmacy Director for East Campus and West Campus Pharmacies in Lincoln, Nebraska. This full-time, day shift role offers a starting annual salary of $160K, with possible increases based on experience. Relocation assistance is available.

Position Title: Pharmacy Director East Campus and West Campus Pharmacies
Location: Lincoln, NE
Shift: Full-time, Day Shift
Salary: Starting at $160K, with potential increases

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee 4 Managers and potentially 6 direct reports, including analysts.
  • Manage a team of 125 pharmacists and technicians.
  • Develop and direct the 340B Drug Pricing Program.
  • Ensure efficient operations, safe medication delivery, and compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate care, treatment, and services across all programs and sites.

Qualifications:

  • Must relocate to Lincoln, NE; not a remote position.
  • Experience in pharmacy management, preferably with 340B knowledge.
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
