Pediatric Hospitalist physician job in Alabama : Locums Montgomery, Alabama, Pediatric Hospitalist Opening (IMLC Accepted)
  • Clinical Role:

    • Shift: 7a-7a rounding with call- out of house model
    • Weekend and Call Requirements
    • See Patients in Nursery and Peds Floor, some procedures required
    • Must be BC, with Pediatrician experience in a hospital setting
    • 1 physician on at a time
    • EMR- Medimobile, Cerner
    • NICU/Newborn nursery size- Peds 12, Nursery 30+
    • Average daily census- Nursery admission 4-12, PEDS 2-6
    • Start with well-baby new admissions, medical students 0-3 occasionally a family med resident in nursery
    • Must have active AL license and DEA, will accept providers who have compact license
    • Must be Board Certified/Board Eligible
    • BLS, NRP, PALS Required

Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
