Senior Financial Analyst
We are partnering with a locally headquartered company seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. This role requires excellent analytical abilities, attention to detail, and effective presentation skills to communicate insights to stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives, including forecasting and scenario analysis.
  • Create and enhance reporting metrics to analyze income statements, productivity, and key financial drivers.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and prepare rolling forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Provide actionable insights to drive decision-making.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports and dashboards for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic recommendations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather input for financial planning and ensure accurate financial projections.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting and analysis.
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses as needed to support business initiatives and strategic projects.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (CFA, CPA) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A, financial modeling, and budgeting/forecasting.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling techniques and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
