Shift: Days/ 9:30a-6p, 8x5 40hrs/week, Sunday-ThursdayLength: 13 Weeks
Weekend RequirementRotating - depends on how many techs are on the unit. Need to be flexible Holiday Requirementshould expect to assist with call Call or Standby requirement? Response time?Call begins at 5PM, staffing 7 days/week. Rotating call schedule among all staff. People are able to trade shifts to take more or less. Approximately 2 shifts/week.
Requirements: 
  • 2 years minimum experience required
  • Must be registered in echo and vascular ultrasound & able to perform both (will cover both echo & vascular ultrasound on shift)
  • Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer Adult Echocardiography (RDCS-AE) Verification
  • ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography) 
  • RCS (Registered Cardiac Sonographer)
  • RDMS (Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer)
  • RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer)
  • VS (Vascular Sonographer)
  • RVT (Registered Vascular Tech)
  • BLS
