Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. As an integral member of our multidisciplinary team, you will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with communication disorders across the lifespan. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
- Implement evidence-based interventions and therapeutic techniques to improve communication skills and functional abilities.
- Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, educators, and caregivers, to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes.
- Provide education and support to clients, families, and caregivers on communication strategies, techniques, and resources.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, progress reports, and billing information.
- Stay abreast of current research, best practices, and advancements in the field of speech-language pathology.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Clinical experience working with diverse populations and age groups preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, client-centered care.
