Job Title: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Oakley, CA, and Surrounding Areas

Soliant, a reputable healthcare staffing company, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Oakley, CA, and the surrounding areas. We are looking for a compassionate professional who is passionate about helping students improve their communication skills and succeed academically.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations and assessments to students in a school-based setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication goals.
- Deliver therapy services, including individual and group sessions, to improve students' speech, language, and social communication skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the education team to support students' educational goals.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of services provided.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid California state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Previous experience working in a school-based setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
