Position: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Orland Park, IL

Overview:
Soliant Education is actively seeking a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Orland Park, IL. This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP who is passionate about working with students to enhance their communication abilities in a dynamic and collaborative school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized speech therapy services to students with a range of communication needs.
  • Design and implement treatment plans that are tailored to each student's specific goals and challenges.
  • Regularly assess and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure success.
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to create a supportive educational environment.
  • Keep accurate records of all therapy sessions and maintain timely documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or eligibility to complete the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
  • Licensed to practice as an SLP in Illinois.
  • Prior experience in a school setting is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
