Job Description:

Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced School Psychologist for a full-time, on-site position in the Taylor, MI area. This role involves working with K-8th grade students for the 2024-2025 school year, focusing on evaluations and consultations only. Interviews will be conducted ASAP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for students in grades K-8.
  • Provide consultation services to teachers, parents, and school staff regarding student needs and interventions.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on assessment results.
  • Collaborate with school staff to support student learning and emotional well-being.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential student records.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide expertise on student behavior and mental health.

Qualifications:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
  • Active School Psychologist certification in the state of Michigan.
  • Previous experience working with K-8 students is preferred.
  • Strong communication, assessment, and consultation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
