Key characteristics in this role will include strong written and verbal communication, positivity, collaboration, and organization. Job Requirements Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field Experience Preferred: Training experience, knowledge and understanding of adult education. Skills Excellent computer skills; knowledgeable in all areas of Microsoft Office including Publisher and PowerPoint. Ability to control and coordinate large classroom settings and complex events. Understand best practices for adult learning. Ability to perform “on stage”, utilizing excellent communication and facilitation skills. Demonstrate enthusiasm, initiative, and concern for helping others succeed and achieving team goals. Ability to give developmentally appropriate feedback to others. Ability to influence and coach others, both internal and external to the department to accomplish goals. Ability to work in an energetic, fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional attitude and decorum. Ability to think quickly yet critically in active problem solving. Possess proficient written and verbal communication skills. Possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience using an LMS or other learning platform. Licensure/Certification/Registration N/A

Learning Consultant II:

Job Summary The Learning Consultant I/II/III (Change Management) is responsible for supporting leaders in change management and training associated with the adoption of Workday and Epic, as well as for engaging the CoxHealth workforce in continued growth and professional development. Key characteristics in this role will include strong written and verbal communication, positivity, collaboration, and organization. Job Requirements Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in a related field Experience Required: 3 years training experience, knowledge, and understanding of adult education. Preferred: Previous experience in a leadership role, career coaching and/or mentoring role. Skills Demonstrate awareness of principles and methods for curriculum and program design, teaching, and instruction for adult learners, including on-line learning environments. Possess a strong commitment to the success of others. Demonstrate strong project management skills and ability to own a project from beginning to end. Ability to give developmentally appropriate feedback to others at all levels in the organization. Ability to lead project teams both internal and external to the department to accomplish project goals. Ability to work in an energetic, fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional attitude and decorum. Ability to maintain positive, collaborative relationships with leaders and peers. Ability to think critically and apply analytical and reasoning skills in problem solving. Possess proficient written and verbal communication skills. Possess a strong command in use of Microsoft Office. Experience using an LMS or other learning platform. Licensure/Certification/Registration N/A

Learning Consultant III:

Job Summary The Learning Consultant I/II/III (Change Management) is responsible for supporting leaders in change management and training associated with the adoption of Workday and Epic, as well as for engaging the CoxHealth workforce in continued growth and professional development. Key characteristics in this role will include strong written and verbal communication, positivity, collaboration, and organization. Job Requirements Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in a related field Experience Required: Minimum seven (7) years experience in education and training, organizational development, and/or leadership role. Preferred: Experience with learning program development, including full lifecycle design (i.e., content creation, implementation, and evaluation) for adult learners, preferably within a healthcare or service environment. Skills Knowledge of the principles and methods for curriculum and program design, teaching, and instruction for adult learners, including on-line learning environments. Demonstrate superior presentation and facilitation skills by presenting clearly, concisely, and effectively with appropriate planning and preparation of content. Exhibit outstanding skill in coaching and delivery of professional developmental feedback. Work independently or collaboratively as part of a team to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Possess strong project management skills with a proven ability to advocate for change and achieve successful results. Exhibit exceptional problem solving skills using creativity, innovation, and solutions-focused attitude. Demonstrate exemplary organizational skills and attention to detail; prioritize multiple tasks and programs and complete them under time constraints. Demonstrate proficient use of Microsoft Office. Experience using an LMS or other learning platform. Licensure/Certification/Registration N/A
