Duties

  • Determinestesting and analysis by communicating with shop representatives andreviews all estimates forrepair

  • Supportsassigned collision repair facility in the identification andexecution of safetyoperations

  • Performsdiagnostic testing, programming, ADAS calibrations andanalysis

  • Performswiring, connector, and harnessrepairs

  • Deliverscompleted invoices and payments to office in orderlymanor

  • Keepsshop equipment operating by following operating instructions,troubleshoots breakdowns; maintains supplies; performs preventativemaintenance; advises management of repairs; keeps Google Drive uptodate

  • Collaborateswith teammates, administrative staff, and leadership to completework in an organized and timelymanner

  • Otherduties asassigned

Qualifications

  • Knowledgeof OE scantools

  • Abilityto understand repair estimates and service information to executeADAS calibrations and other services to OEstandards

  • Abilityto learn new tools asneeded

  • Knowledgeand skill to execute quality  wiring, connector, and harnessrepairs 

  • Abilityto service A/Csystems

  • Possessesdiagnostic skills in the automotivetrade

  • Basiccomputer knowledge including using email, spreadsheet and messagingsystems

  • Willingand able to update job knowledge by participating in educationalopportunities, reading technical publications and thelike

  • Mustpossess high school degree or GEDequivalent

  • 4+years related service technician experiencepreferred

OtherInformation

  • Workweek is Monday-Friday, position hours are 8am-5pm

  • Thisis a non-exempt position with no supervisoryresponsibilities
