Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Opportunity in the Cleveland, OH Area

Soliant is currently on the lookout for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our vibrant team dedicated to schools. In this role, you'll have the chance to make a significant difference in the lives of individuals coping with communication and swallowing challenges.

Position Overview:

Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist
Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time
Location: Cleveland, OH vicinity

Key Responsibilities:

Perform thorough assessments to identify communication and swallowing issues.
Create personalized treatment plans based on assessment outcomes, student objectives, and proven methodologies.
Administer therapeutic interventions encompassing speech and language therapy, voice therapy, fluency therapy, and swallowing therapy.
Employ various techniques and tools to enhance communication abilities, refine speech articulation, and foster language development.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and fellow professionals to offer guidance and assistance to students with communication difficulties.
Regularly monitor and document progress, adapt treatment plans as necessary, and continually evaluate outcomes.

Candidate Requirements:

Holds a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
Possesses a valid and active state licensure, or is eligible for licensure as an SLP.
Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
Previous experience working with diverse populations and age ranges is highly valued.
Demonstrates a solid understanding of assessment tools, therapeutic methodologies, and evidence-based practices in speech-language pathology.
