Job Description:
Soliant Education is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team in Santa Clara, California. The selected candidate will work with secondary-level students with diverse learning needs, providing specialized instruction and support to promote academic and personal growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of students and contribute to their success in the classroom and beyond.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students
  • Provide differentiated instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure the success of students
  • Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instruction as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field
  • Valid California teaching credential in Special Education
  • Experience working with secondary-level students preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
