Job Description:

Soliant Health is seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team for a full-time position in Mishawaka, IN. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative educational environment, helping students achieve their full potential throughout the school year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to students in a school setting.
  • Assess and develop individualized treatment plans to address students' needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success.
  • Document and monitor students' progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting for students.
  • Adhere to federal, state, and local regulations regarding occupational therapy in schools.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Active Occupational Therapy license in the state of Indiana
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
