Occupational Therapist (OT) - Full-Time
Location: Howell, MI

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in Howell, MI. This full-time position involves providing therapeutic services to students in a school-based environment. The OT will work closely with educators, families, and other specialists to support students fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities needed for success in the classroom.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify students occupational therapy needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct therapeutic services focused on improving fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skills
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other therapists to integrate therapy into students' daily routines
  • Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings to contribute to goal-setting and progress monitoring

Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Michigan OT licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
  • School-based experience preferred but not required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
