Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and qualified School Psychologist to join our team in the Gladstone, MO area for the 2024/2025 school year. This is a full-time, on-site position with immediate interviews available.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments for students.
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and intervention plans.
• Provide counseling and support services to students, parents, and staff.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to promote a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Utilize data-driven practices to assess student needs, monitor progress, and inform interventions.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of school-wide programs.
• Spanish-speaking ability is highly desirable.

Qualifications:

• Valid certification as a School Psychologist.
• Experience working in a school setting preferred.
• Strong assessment, evaluation, and intervention skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Spanish-speaking ability is a huge plus.
