Positioned in the fastest-growing region of the state, UNG comprises five campuses united by a single mission academic focused. UNG is part of the University System of Georgia; with about 18,000 students, it is one of the state’s largest public universities.

Alongside the Mike Cottrell College of Business, the College of Education, the College of Health Sciences and Professions, the College of Science & Mathematics, University College, and the Rogers Institute for Environmental and Spatial Analysis, the College of Arts & Letters provides meaningful academic experiences to students. Qualified candidates will demonstrate substantial managerial and leadership experience within an institution of higher education and will qualify as a full tenured professor within one of the departments represented in the College of Arts & Letters.

The search committee for the UNG Dean of Arts & Letters will begin accepting nominations and reviewing applications immediately.
