This is a high-impact role bridging plant operations with corporate finance. You’ll lead the month-end close process, enforce strong financial controls, and deliver timely, accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment and bring experience driving process improvements and supporting business growth.Key Responsibilities: Oversee all accounting activities at the Dallas-Fort Worth manufacturing facility Lead the month-end close process, including inventory analysis, accruals, reconciliations, and reporting Maintain and enhance internal controls in compliance with SOX and corporate policy Identify and implement process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency Produce plant-level financial statements and lead monthly financial reviews Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and corporate teams on budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Support external audits and manage plant-related audit requests and deliverables Ensure compliance with internal deadlines, reconciliation standards, and financial reporting requirements Contribute to strategic projects, including systems implementations, process enhancements, and scaling initiatives Represent Finance in plant-level discussions, helping resolve complex transactional issues and operational challenges Perform additional duties and special projects as neededQualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting and/or finance, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment Strong understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and SOX compliance Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills Ability to partner effectively with both operations and corporate teamsInterested in hearing more?
