Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time contract position in Lake City, FL. As a contractor through Soliant Education, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive school environment, helping students achieve their fullest potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs, focusing on improving functional abilities to participate in classroom activities.
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' academic and social success.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions to address fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and other areas as needed.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Florida state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
  • Experience working with school-aged children preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
