This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to provide financial leadership and oversee the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, as well as the development of internal control policies and procedures. This position will play a pivotal role in the company’s financial performance, strategic decision-making processes, and driving business growth.Responsibilities:1. Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning and structure.2. Coordinate, analyze and report the financial performance to Management and Board of Directors (financial performance, projections and other special projects as required).3. Prepare short and long-term financial forecasts of financial performance for use with internal management and external parties.4. Oversee audit and tax functions, coordinate activities with outside audit firms and review firms' performance.5. Develop, implement and maintain accounting and administrative policies and procedures for a wide-ranging set of activities including financial accounting and reporting, employee relations (hiring/terminating policies) and other corporate policies.6. Proficiency in all aspects of corporate accounting and all pertinent GAAP, SEC rules and regulations including Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.7. Responsible for all corporate and human resource activities including employee benefits, retirement plans, corporate insurance and related activities. This includes the coordination of these activities with all satellite offices as well.8. Monitor and manage all aspects of the company’s financial health, including monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.9. Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on operations, processes and business management.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business. CPA, CMA or other related qualification is a plus.2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position.3. Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).4. Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems. A strong working knowledge of Sage and Excel is a plus.5. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.6. Working knowledge of short and long term budgeting and forecasting, rolling budgets, and product-line profitability analysis.7. Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.8. Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.9.
