Performs general radiography and computed tomography (CT) procedures. Applies principles of radiation protection. Evaluates radiographs and CT scans for technical quality. Exercise professional judgment in the performance of procedures. Provides patient care essential to radiographic / CT procedures. Recognizes patient conditions requiring immediate action and initiates life support measures. of an associate degree from an accredited school of x-ray technology or equivalent experience, bachelor's degree preferred.Licensure/Certification/ by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Registration: (ARRT). Active/valid Oregon license. Satisfactory completion of formal radiologic technology training and meets the requirement for registration by ARRT. Computed Tomography certification by ARRT required.CPR certification required.Experience:??1-5 years' experience preferred.Prior travel experience preferred. Siemen's equipment experience preferred.
