Are you a compassionate and dedicated Respiratory Therapist looking for a rewarding opportunity to provide critical care to a child in a school setting? We're seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team and provide 1:1 support to a wonderful 1st-grade student in Boulder, CO.

About the Role:

In this fulfilling role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of a student with respiratory needs. You'll provide a variety of care throughout the school day, including:

  • Suctioning as needed (primarily oral suction, with rare instances of trach suction)
  • Assisting with positioning changes every 2 hours
  • Administering tube feedings for breakfast and lunch
  • Providing water boluses throughout the day
  • Collaborating with the school team and family

You Bring:

  • Certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (or Registered Nurse)
  • Experience providing respiratory care, including suctioning and tube feeding
  • A passion for working with children in a school environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability
