Soliant is working with a K-6 school district in Santa Rosa, CA and is seeking a contract School Psychologist for the remainder of the school year.

The applicant will be covering 2 sites that are very close together.

Duties include:

  • Providing direct or indirect services including: 
    • Observations
    • Data collection
    • Review of student records collecting data
    • Conferences with teachers and parents
    • Student interviews
    • Functional Behavioral Assessments
    • Counseling (individual and group)
    • Behavior Intervention Plans
  • Executing psychological assessments, interpreting data, and writing reports in accordance with District, State and Federal guidelines
  • Attending IEP, team, school, and district-level meetings
  • Making referrals to resources to facilitate educational and behavioral interventions recommended for student success.
  • Participating in mediations, administrative reviews, hearings and due process proceedings, as needed.
  • Participating in disciplinary proceedings: expulsions, manifestations, and causation meetings.

This is a small, close-knit school district located near Santa Rosa, serving a diverse student community.

Requirements:
  • Pupil Personnel Services (School Psychologist) credential
