Location: Greencastle, IN
Discipline: Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
Hours per Week: 18 hours, 3 days per week (likely Tuesday - Thursday)

Caseload: 5th-12th Grade (Approximately 60 students)
Number of Positions: 1
Onsite or Virtual: Primarily onsite, but virtual option available

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Greencastle, IN for a part-time position. The role involves providing speech and language services to students in grades 5-12. This position is expected to be onsite for 18 hours per week, typically Tuesday through Thursday, but we are open to considering a virtual arrangement for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to evaluate students speech and language abilities.
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with communication disorders.
Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication goals.
Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, assessments, and progress reports.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP development and reviews.

Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Indiana.
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
Experience working with middle and high school students is preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively both onsite and in a virtual setting (if applicable).
