Job Description:
As a School Psychologist with Soliant Education, you will play a crucial role in supporting the academic, emotional, and behavioral development of students from K-12th grade. Your responsibilities will include conducting psychological assessments, developing intervention plans, and working closely with students, families, and school staff to foster a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans based on assessment results.
  • Provide counseling and support services to students dealing with emotional, social, or behavioral challenges.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to develop and implement strategies that support student success.
  • Offer training and guidance on mental health and behavioral issues to school staff and parents.
  • Maintain accurate records of assessments, interventions, and progress.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid School Psychologist license.
  • Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of psychological assessment and intervention techniques.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with students, families, and educational staff.
