Remote School Psychologist Needed in Georgia (GA)

Are you passionate about empowering students to overcome educational barriers? VocoVision TelePractice Organization offers a diverse range of specialized, remote services, providing instruction and therapy for students across the United States. We are currently seeking an experienced School Psychologist for the 2024-2025 school year, dedicated to making a positive impact on students lives through teletherapy, all from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students unique requirements.
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate students cognitive, academic, emotional, and behavioral functioning.
  • Interpret assessment results and communicate findings to parents, teachers, and other relevant stakeholders in a clear and sensitive matter.
  • Provide counseling and psychotherapy services to students facing academic, social, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and fellow professionals to create personalized education plans (IEPs) and 504 plans.
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other team members to ensure comprehensive support for students.
  • Liaise with school administration and general education teachers to facilitate progress in the classroom.
  • Maintain accurate records and stay informed about relevant laws and regulations.


Qualifications:

  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Available full-time during school hours.
  • Masters Level or Doctoral Degree in School or Educational Psychology from an accredited program.
  • Must have certified state license in Georgia and state of residence.
  • Education Certification in Georgia may be required.
  • Virtual Experience Preferred
